I have in depth knowledge of the FDM process and how to optimise for: print speed, strength, and quality. Prize winner in many online 3D printing and design competitions, winning approximately £2000 worth of prizes in the past three years: Polymaker ‘3D printed hook tournament: Second place. A combination of mechanical engineering, creative design and DfAM to create the strongest possible 3D printed polymer hook (no closed loop) weighing less than 50g. I am a Mechanical engineer, I have spend two years in Canada, where I worked has a visiting researcher for McMaster University. Currently I live in Brazil, where I graduated from a Aircraft Mechanic course, I also have a Mechanic drafter degree where I learned my drafting and 3D modeling skills, in the course I used a range of CADs, including Solid Edge ST6, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks, in which I also learned to use the finite element analysis plugin, complementing does skills in my mechanical engineering graduation, with the various courses and by applying it in the Formula SAE project, that I participated has the designer for the suspension and chassis of the vehicle, with my design of the wheel hub and "A" type suspension still being use, since 2014.

A master’s graduate with First Class Honours in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from University of Leicester, United Kingdom. During my masters, I had a module based on CAD modelling using Solid Works, where I had successfully submitted a CAD model of an spur gear. Also, had carried out stress analysis on the modelled part. This module has given me an overall proficiency of SolidWorks and capability to work on any task individually. At the same time, I have hands on experience with Matlab. I have successfully presented many Matlab simulated programs using various programming algorithms. For my masters project which was based on ‘Co-deposition of nickel-SiC using Pulse reverse plating techniques to produce nano composites’. Majority of the work was undertaken at the university which made me utilize all the resources and advanced technological equipment like scanning electron microscopy. After course completion, I have worked as a Teaching Assistant in the department of engineering. I have assisted in demonstrating mechanical oriented first year labs concerning flow measurements in pipes, and electrical oriented labs based on circuit design and analysis using P Spice. Also, assisted in second year labs helping students to learn about material selection in devices using CES Edupack software, as well as different engineering materials micro structural properties and processing. I'm capable in mechanical engineering design, consideration, and calculation. Combination of my knowledge of engineering and design as well as knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes is very useful to create functional & marketable consumer products, mechanical parts, and machines. Furthermore, my skill in using CAD, CAM, & CAE software like Solidworks, Mastercam, AutoCAD, & Inventor is also supporting & accelerating me to present 3D models and technical drawings of those designs. I have a lot of experiences in the jobs from design process to fabrication of those products. I had completely finished many projects of design and fabrication of various custom-made machine. Dough lifter machine for Dunkin Donuts in 2011. Chain conveyor, tumbler, & lifter for paving stone manufacturer in 2012. Tabletop chain conveyor, modular belt conveyor, & pusher for isotonic beverage in 2013. Washer conveyor, screw conveyor, and mixing tank for food industry in 2014. And there are many other more I can't mention them all. In 2021, I created 3D designs of mineral water bottle blow molding from 3D modeling of all mold parts to 3D assembly parts using Solidworks. I also make CNC programming of the machining process using Mastercam and supervise the fabrication process to be finished mold as the specifications. I had also made 3D models of Radio-Controlled (RC) Cars of CJ7 Jeep and Toyota Hardtop Jeep in 2020 & 2021 using Solidworks. Actually, I had produced a lot of 3D models and 2D technical drawings of various parts and products that I can’t present them all in my portfolios. Besides that, nowadays I actively be an Instructor in my Training Institution to teach: 1. Solidworks for Solid modeling, Surface modeling, Mold tools, Plastics, Sheet Metal, Simulation, & Weldment 2. Mastercam for programming CNC machines of 3Axis Mill & Lathe. 3. Autocad 2D & 3D for technical drawing. 4. Inventor for Solid modeling, Accelerator, Weldment, Analysis.
